Yuh, I go by the name of Distant, the name kinda speaks for itself it has multiple meanings to me but, I was born in Spokane, WA and was raised in a small town out of the city with a population less than one thousand people called " Athol, ID"

Wasn't much to do besides riding bikes, doing hoodlum shit and having the great outdoors but I never had that many friends but, who needs friends when you got yourself. On some real shit. I was raised in my Grandma's house. Shout out my GrandmaRapping pretty much all started for me when I was too young too remember. I was in 2nd grade when i first heard rap the first rappers I listen to were Weezy and Eminem who which my older brother introduced me to it.

I started beatboxing when i was like 14 alot after i fell weirdly in the dubstep phase but, Ive never even till this day been to a rave, I also don't really listen to EDM.

When i was about 16 i started freestyling one summer with my best friend Ethan Bruse (Edollo) @edollomusic just for fun sober, drunk, high, didnt matter. We would usually chill at the local skatepark with our little group of friends and we would just get rambunctious and start wilding out all the time which eventually led us to being able to record our first track 5 years down the road from just freestyling and living life out of the shell. One year later and now Im here with 1K on my Soundcloud and 5k on my facebook page.
