As a Coach, I work with a broad range of clients who are seeking assistance with issues such as: career exploration, job search strategies, resume & letter writing, interview preparation, and career change/transition. My life coaching emphasizes work~life integration, pursuing life goals, plus time and stress management. I also have specialty training in the administration and interpretation of personality and career assessments.
My credentials include: Master Career Development Professional (MCDP), Board Certified Coach (BCC), Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC), Certified MBTI & Qualified Strong Interest Inventory Practitioner, and Holistic Stress Management Specialist. In Coaching, coach and client work together to identify what motivates the client and to clarify aspirations the client can pursue with passion. Coaching provides a framework of support and encouragement for the client, to identify goals and take very specific, immediate steps to achieve meaningful results.
My career spans 20 years of experience in human resources, health care management, college teaching, and professional coaching. I coach clients using a strengths-based approach blended with elements of positive psychology and solution focused change. I feel my clients truly benefit from my real world perspective on life transition.
