Expressions With Art

Expressions with Art is a self-help art group for people who have experienced mental health difficulties in East London Tower Hamlets.

With all abilities welcome as long as they are interested in exploring art as a way of expressing feelings and emotions.

Expressions in Art takes place every Wednesday at 6.30pm at
