Eyal Yavets is a global technology and business executive specializing in building, scaling, and transforming complex organizations across the Defense, Aerospace, Semiconductor, Electro-Optics, Automotive, AI, Cybersecurity, and Advanced Manufacturing, Engineering, and Development sectors.

He currently serves as EVP, COO, and Deputy CEO at UVision

Air, where he leads Engineering & Development, Product Management, Systems Engineering, Operations, ILS, Quality, IT, Cybersecurity, and Flight Testing activities while supporting the company’s global growth, technology transfer, manufacturing scale-up, and strategic initiatives.

Throughout his career, Eyal has held senior leadership positions at UVision Air, ADASKY, Kratos Defense & Security Solutions (NASDAQ: KTOS), SCD Semiconductors, Vishay Intertechnology, and Intel Corporation.

His experience spans executive leadership, P&L management, engineering, product development, manufacturing, supply chain, strategic sourcing, technology transfer, business transformation, operational excellence, M&A integration support, and global expansion initiatives.

Eyal has established and scaled business units, semiconductor fabs, manufacturing facilities, R&D centers, and global supply chains across North America, Europe, Asia, India, and Israel. He has led multidisciplinary organizations covering engineering, product development, operations, manufacturing, quality, logistics, customer support, and business functions throughout the entire product lifecycle—from concept and development through industrialization, commercialization, and global deployment.

He has extensive experience working with Boards of Directors, regulators, Tier-1 customers, OEMs, strategic partners, and multinational organizations in highly regulated industries, including defense, aerospace, avionics, automotive, medical technologies, and semiconductors.

An inventor and contributor to patented technologies, Eyal combines technical innovation with business execution, helping organizations transform advanced technologies into scalable products, sustainable competitive advantage, and long-term business value.
