I'm Eylon, 28, a nerd, technology enthusiast, and an optimist.

Lived in Beijing, China for 2.5 years working for ironSource.
In China I got into Crypto and Bitcoin, tl;dr started a few groups and meetups, and now running the largest English-Speaking Crypto Community in China.
That community and a few others are the roots of my current startup - Comon, a location based combination of slack and reddit. Our vision is decentralized autonomous communities, but before we ICO with a prototype, I want users, I want to a/b test everything, Incentive models, mechanism design, and feasibility in a centralized way, and only afterward "put it on the blockchain".

I believe the power of decentralization is in empowering a non-organizations into trustless collaborative organizations - communities, which is our focus and is something we've seen work. Steemit set a precedent to what kind of social-economy you can create with tokens, even though it's kinda built like a scam, it gave social network services an alternative business model to harvesting user data and serving them ads, so I've been looking at Steemit, Colony.IO, Aragon, and DaoStack to figure out our direction and what we should do.

The 'cryptospace' today is lacking accessibility and that's what we want to solve at Comon, incorporate 'token' and 'cryptocurreny' models in an ease-in familiar way.
