It is designed as a web portal that will allow General contractors and Specialty subcontractor a place where they can communicate and do business without paying a large fee, The Current websites for residential projects offer a pay per lead concept and sells the leads that they get from consumers or home owners directly to the contractor.

The current websites for Commercial leads are more similar to our type of lead whereas the lead is from a general contractor to a subcontractor and the companies charge either a subscription or pay per lead. Both of these type of lead generation companies charge from a few hundred dollars a month to a few thousand dollars a month for their leads. The difference in EZcontractorZ is not a lead generation company it’s a web portal that charges only $200 annual subscription fee that will allow General contractors to post jobs whereas electrical, plumbing , mechanical and many other subcontractors can view and bid the jobs that are posted on the website.
