In addition to secure documents storage, EZ Docs also sells document-imaging equipment, which allow businesses to easily replicate, duplicate, digitally store, and electronically distribute all manner of business-related documents. These products, including fax machines, copy machines, digital presses, and other multifunction and digital imaging machines, are sold at the company's store in New York City and come with numerous support services to aid businesses throughout the product's life. These support services include equipment training to help businesses transition to new devices without disrupting workflow. Trained equipment technicians are available to provide routine maintenance on digital imaging equipment as well as repairs when needed. Support service team members also help business owners lease out equipment and re-order new equipment and supplies. EZ Docs Solutions emphasizes customer service and has tasked its support staff with making sure each client is satisfied with his or her equipment. All costs associated with maintenance and repairs are detailed in a sales contract signed upon finalization of the transaction. This contractual agreement makes it easy for both customers and the company to handle billing and budget considerations. EZ Docs' Broadway location is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM. It also handles customer inquiries over the phone or via email.
