Ezra Beyman

Ezra Beyman is Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer for Empire American Holdings LLC., which grew from a single real estate purchase decades ago to a firm that now owns or has a majority interest in a portfolio of approximately 25,000 residential units in 10 states. With nearly three decades of real estate experience, Ezra Beyman, a New York resident, has focused on reducing overhead in order to maximize earnings, while investing in industries that produce good returns.

Under Beyman's guidance, Empire American Holdings' portfolio now includes over 175,000 square feet of commercial property in New Jersey and Ohio. His management has allowed the company to quickly investigate, finance, and acquire new properties. Realizing that market knowledge and focus are important, Ezra Beyman has chosen to specialize in garden-style apartment complexes. Many of the complexes in the Empire American Holdings portfolio are in prime locations, close to work and shopping---areas that attract stable populations of working residents.

Since 1992, Ezra Beyman has worked with a highly specialized management company, in order to manage the properties in the Empire American Holdings portfolio. The properties are managed through a pyramid management structure, which allows the firm to maintain high standards in residential communities while reducing costs.

Ezra Beyman also served as President of the Empire Equity Group, a mortgage brokerage that he founded in 1983. He started the company from a basement office in his home, later acquiring several other firms. At Empire Equity's height, Beyman oversaw the work of employees at 200 locations nationwide, and the brokerage handled $4.2 billion in loans each year. He built his small firm into the third-largest broker in the United States before it was sold in 2007.
