Ezra Dweck

Leader of private equity research as Vice President for Safra Asset Management, Ezra Dweck graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. Completing a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management in 1997, Mr. Dweck was a Benjamin Franklin Scholar, receiving his degree with honors. He completed the four-year double concentration program in just three years. Before joining Safra Asset Management Corporation, Mr. Dweck assisted in the success of his family’s jewelry business, Ambras Fine Jewelry. Assuming a number of roles within the New York-based company, Ezra Dweck led the company to great financial success during trying economic times. Responsible for establishing national accounts with international brands, he developed innovative acquisition plans and led strategic business development efforts. Spearheading a company-wide transition from gold to silver jewelry, he also oversaw the creation of a new fulfillment center and formed key connections with new retailers, wholesalers, and online merchants. Doubling the company’s sales in just one year, Ambras fulfilled up to 3,000 orders a day. Furthermore, Mr. Dweck managed more than $100 million in sales during his tenure. While maintaining human resource relationships within the company for more than 20 years, he also continued low turnover rates among newer employees. When Ezra Dweck recently stepped down as President of Ambras, he was awarded the distinction President Emeritus. A longtime New York resident, Ezra Dweck enjoys time at home with his family assisting with homework, or traveling. He is a previous board member of Barkai Yeshiva in Brooklyn and serves Reach for the Stars Learning Center in Brooklyn as a member of the fundraising board.
