I am a LL.D. candidate, and a Lecturer at the Faculty of Law and at the Department of Computer Sciences (DIRO) of the Université de Montréal. I am also Coordinator of OpenUM and the L.R. Wilson Chair in Information Technology and Electronic Commerce Law. I was a 2015 Internet Policy Global Fellow at the Institute of Technology and Society at Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).
