For over 15 years, as a professional Coach and facilitator Thomas has supported managers and teams to maximise their personal and professional potential. Thus, they achieve sustainable and measurable results in their professional and private life. Thomas’s goal is to enable individuals and teams to be more successful than before. It's not just "a bit more", but significantly more successful with increased well-­‐being.

Thomas takes a solution-­‐oriented and person-centred approach with executives and teams. Thomas provides no direct solutions or advice but accompanies and supports his clients with the help of professional selected methods. His goal is for his clients achieve efficient long-term solutions.

Thomas has 15 years of sales-­‐marketing experience. 15 years of Management Trainer experience and 10 years of management experience. Since 2003, he has coached managers and project teams to increase their potential. In 2008 he was elected to the board of the ICF (International Coach Federation) Austria and since 2016 he is President of the ICF Austria. As a Certified Professional Coach of the ICF he systematically expands his professional concepts and tools to his philosophy of professionalism and modern solution-­‐oriented requirements.

Thomas also lectures in Personnel Development, Coaching and Leadership at the University of Applied Sciences in Vienna.

He has widened his knowledge and skills with an MSC diploma in Executive Management and certificates in PR & Marketing, and Project & Process management. Actual he get trained as Psychotherapist.

He lives in Vienna. He speaks German and English.
