Fabianna Blanco

Dallas, Tx.

Born in Caracas, Venezuela. Lived there for 17 years, then due to the political, economical and social situation in my country I decided to move to the United States and pursue my professional career. First year of school (2008) was in University of Oregon, where I worked for a local hispanic radio station talking on air about different types of music. Next year I moved to Denton, TX and transfered to University of North Texas, where I worked for the two TV stations the university has, as a reporter and graduated in December 2012. For my internship I worked for Score Atlanta writing sports stories and covering local football games. I worked for Azteca America in Dallas TX as part of my "OPT" (optional practical training) year as a news anchor and news reporter. For the second part of my "OPT" I worked with Mundo Fox 52 also in Dallas TX, as a news reporter and productions director; and now I'm pursuing my masters in Public Relations.
