Since 2003, Fabio La Rosa has led the engineering, construction, and project management company Grupo Noval as its owner and CEO. The company focuses on high-end real estate developments on the eastern coast of the Dominican Republic, where bourgeoning tourism has created high-potential opportunities for development. Within this market, Fabio La Rosa has introduced commercial buildings as well as beach and golf communities with resort-level amenities.

Fabio La Rosa oversees a team that includes architects, structural engineers, designers, and project managers. A graduate of the doctoral program in Quantitative Finance and Financial Econometrics at the London School of Economics, Fabio La Rosa approaches each project with a focus on both quality and value.
