As a child i grew up watching my family gathering together around the kitchen table to whip up classical sardinian desserts and share stories. With a passion and a palate honed by age-old recipes, I knew at tender age of 14 that I belonged in the world of culinary. The pursuit of my dream took me through established kitchens in New York, Paris and Munich. My most recent stint at Rustic Stone in Dublin ( a health oriented restaurant helmed by Dylan McGrath host of Master chef Ireland) has inspired me to find the intricate balance between taste and wellness. Since coming to Asia, the colorful array of cultural elements and ingredients has further enthused me to showcase a sense of locality into my food from savory to sweet while i was working as a Vice President of Research and Development for a local big bakery.
Now i concentrate of rapresenting Italian premium quality ingredients like Amedei chocolate and Fabbri Amarenas.
