Fabio Marciano

Fabio Marciano is a Sr. Brand Development and Building Manager at Unilever, leading the digital, strategy and core activation programs for the Knorr brand.

Fabio has spent over 14 years building brands in CPG marketing. During this time, he worked at both Unilever and The Pepsi Lipton Partnership, marketing iconic brands that include Hellmann’s, Lipton, SlimFast and Knorr. He is the marketing lead for Unilever’s website and mobile optimization program.

Fabio has worked on everything from white space innovation to building brands using traditional CPG tactics and channels. His passion is for the digital space where he strives to tell his brand’s story and bring it to life in the social world. He led the launches of the breakthrough Lipton Pyramids, Lipton To-Go Stix and Knorr Homestyle Stock innovations. His work on brands have been highlighted in Adweek, Brandweek, The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times. He was an Ad Tech NY Startup Spotlight Judge.

Fabio is a member of Unilever's Digital Innovation Board of Directors. Prior to earning his MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management at Pace University, Fabio worked as a Supervisor in Supplier Management, Financial Services and Business Reengineering with Pepsi

Fabio lives in New Jersey with his wife and Boston Terrier Sugar.
