I have always liked to manage a team. When I start a new challenge the most interesting is to give my team the project plan and to find within us the best competencies for each part of the timeline and phase of delivery. Often challenging, but I feel it is the way to succeed in a project.
When you are a manager I strongly believe it is essential to understand what people think about others and their thought processes. First of all, people need to trust their manager and have a coherence in a group.
One on my skills is to find this coherence and what the relevant strengths to successfully lead a team are . When you focus on these elements, projects become more interesting and you can improve team motivation.
As I have been fortunate enough to succeed in many challenges and was able to develop the market share of the company, my employer entrusted the position of European manager in me. In this position I have learned new management approaches which have improved my competencies to motivate, avoid team conflicts, and to increase teamwork for the company.
My professional beliefs and approach is to support people during their work and to be effective in communication to increase efficiency and productivity. At the same time I feel that it is essential to develop good relationships with customers based on the same relational principles.
So, what does a major company need? To have an involved manager who combines professional competencies and altruistic relationships without forgetting to maintain customers relationships..
