Before the beginning of 2011 (and for 8 years) I was the Press Officer for Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma (www.prosciuttodiparma.com), dealing with the production of literature to support the corporate communication activities of the consortium (press releases, press placards, folders, audio-visual aids); organization of press conferences; activity of coordination of public relations agencies and press offices in Italy and abroad (UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Sweden, Norway, Japan, USA), media monitoring, production of targeted content for increasing the internet traffic of the website www.prosciuttodiparma.com; editorial and graphic research for the production of the monthly newsletter “Corriere del Gusto”, management of internal communications between the Consortium and its 180 partner companies, management of social networks (in particular, the “Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma” facebook account – aimed at opinion leaders and the press – and the “Prosciutto di Parma” fan page that has over 20,000 fans).
