I performed a teleconference a few weeks ago with people who were new in sales and new to sales. The focus of the decision was to simply help members get beyond fear and understand their prospecting process.

Among the individuals on the call told me that she had been given calling sales script that her group leader uses to create appointments. The group leader was a very successful sales professional that had made a lot of money and been in the business for many years. The person, who'd held it's place in the company for approximately weekly, said that she would assist the software

and ensure it is her own.

My thought? This participant was a beginner. Nothing was known by her about income or sales. She'd a script that was crafted by someone who was highly effective on calling.
