I started my professional experience working at the London Eye; which is UK´s number one tourist attraction; we had over 4 million visitors a year. I started as a sales assistant and I was promoted 4 times up to been an Admission sales and customer service Manager. I was also sponsored by the London Eye company to study Business Management at the University of London; this was part of their human resources policies for their best employees.

I have extensive experience working in different sport clubs in London and Spain, I have great experience in delivering great customer services experience to ensure sales targets are met, pool and sport facilities management.

During my professional career I have also carried on with my studies to ensure my knowledge is up-to-date I have an MBA master and a Human Resources and Coaching skills master.

In my current job I work for a Spanish´s Engineer company that develops software solutions and hardware for sport clubs, spas, and water parks. On this job I was also promoted to International business development manager, I am in charge of creating the strategy and marketing plan to expand our business into the South American market.
As part of my job I am also the country sales Manager in Spain for Gantner technologies, which is a company leader on control access for very different types of business, like for example Yas Waterworld impressive water park in Abu Dhabi.
This job has provided me with an increase on knowledge about software solutions for increasing sales and different measures to improve control access to facilities.

I enjoy creating an inspiring working atmosphere, where people feel inspired to deliver excellent customer service and they also learn to enjoy succeeding as a team.
As a manager, I love to get results, whether it is hiring, training, or achieving sales targets. I personally find the feeling of achieving very fulfilling.

I am very enthusiastic for what I do and I always like to create an atmosphere where everyone can feel proud of what they do.
