Fady Hanna
Founder and Owner in Katy, Texas
Hi, I'm Fady Hanna.
I'm a Special Education educator, IEP advocate, and founder of Bridge to Success Tutoring & Advocacy LLC. My mission is to help families navigate the special education process with confidence while supporting students in reaching their full potential.
Before entering education, I spent more than 15 years as a geologist, petrophysicist, and project manager in the international oil and gas industry. Today, I apply that same analytical and problem-solving mindset to helping students with diverse learning needs succeed academically and personally.
I hold a Master's degree in School Administration with Principal Certification and have worked as a Special Education teacher in both Katy ISD and Fort Bend ISD. Through my advocacy work, I help families understand IEPs, prepare for ARD meetings, review evaluations, and build productive partnerships with schools.
Beyond my professional work, I am passionate about inclusion, community service, and creating opportunities for individuals with special needs. I also founded a special needs Sunday school program at Saint George Coptic Orthodox Church in Katy, Texas.
I believe every child deserves the opportunity to succeed, and every family deserves the knowledge and support needed to advocate effectively for their child's future.
