Prior to establishing Y POTENTIAL, Fahad has 8 years’ experience of starting and growing his own ICT business. He took his startup business from a mere $12 sale to over $1 Million per year in online revenue.

He built an organization culture where 1000’s of candidates would want to work, where employees took ownership of their roles and were seriously rewarded! His company has been a source of employment for 100+ unique individuals.

At Cisco, Fahad was responsible for managing 70 channel partners and driving revenue through the western region. He was responsible for organizing the Cisco SMB Conference and also was the key speaker at the event.

Fahad has first-hand experience of building and leading a highly profitable business.

Fahad’s trainings are focused on improving communication skills, motivating employees to give in their 100%, team building, increasing cooperation, employee engagement and reducing wastage of potential.

He has also thought and lead teams of website design, software development, content creation & marketing, search engine optimization among others.
