I am a Dubai-born aviation and customer service professional with 7+ years of experience across aviation, airport operations, customer service, and supervisory roles in the UAE. My experience includes working with Air Arabia at Sharjah International Airport as a Customer Service Representative/Passenger Service Agent and serving as a Supervisor in Customer Service at Royal Aviation Services Sharjah.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management from Emirates Aviation College and a Post Graduate Diploma in Ground Handling and Cabin Crew. I have strong expertise in passenger handling, customer relations, team supervision, airport operations, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality service in fast-paced environments.

I am a professional, adaptable, and results-oriented individual who enjoys taking responsibility, leading teams, handling challenging situations, and creating positive customer experiences.
