Fahad Abubakar Longman is a Techpreneur, Social Entrepreneur and Youth Advocate. He was born in the heart of Sokoto Caliphate and attended Sokoto State University where he obtained Bachelors of Science in Computer Science.

In 2018, he co-founded Encrypted Shield Technologies (ES Technologies Ltd); one of the best software development and digital service providers in Nigeria where he currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and managed many IT related projects including website and software developments.

He also co-founded C-Guide in 2021; a complete NYSC ‘corper’ companion app that is designed as a companion to help Corp members glide through their service year, while keeping them informed about the program every step of the way.

He is currently the pioneer Chairman; Sokoto State University Alumni Association. He was a former ICT Director; National Youth Council of Nigeria Sokoto state chapter, member #NotTooYoungToRun Movement Sokoto and also former Communications and Publicity Secretary; Yali Network Sokoto.

In 2021, he was selected to represent Sokoto state as a Legislative intern at the Public Procurement committee of the House of Representative under the Legislative Internship Programme of the Policy and Legal Advocacy Centre PLAC NG with support from the European Union European Leadership. He was also chosen to represent Sokoto state at the Inclusive and Accountable Politics programme of the Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD) where he worked directly with the Young Parliamentarians Forum (YPF) of the National Assembly in 2019.

As an advocate of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, he was featured in a directory of selected 50 young people championing the implementation of the global goals in their local communities in Nigeria by the Nigerian Youth SDGs Network in 2018.

He is a fellow; YALI Regional Leadership Centre Accra Ghana, graduate member; Nigerian Institute of Management (Chattered) and alumnus Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.

He was a 2014 Etisalat Merit Award Undergraduate Scholar and 2017 Federal Ministry of Education Undergraduate Scholar. He is an awardee of many honors and certificates.
