Greetings, I’m Fahim Moledina. I’m a consultant living in Edmonton, AB, Canada. I have a passion for technology, change, and project management. I have a background in implementing lean and agile processes to gain efficiencies in industries that do not traditionally implement these frameworks and processes.
In my personal time I enjoy spending time with family, playing hockey and volunteering to causes I am passionate about.
I am an outcomes focused strategist who enables success and have a history of developing efficiencies and leading high-performance teams. I have experience in managing change, complex projects and have led or supported multiple business transformations. I have expertise in business process re-engineering, systems thinking, workforce planning, project management and optimizing operations while successfully assisting leaders in exceeding their long-term goals. I have extensive experience in evaluating technology to make sure it meets all requirements and is optimized in current technology stacks. With extensive experience in corporate communications, marketing, agile and lean methodologies, IT and finance have assisted many organizations to reach their targets.
My work allowed me to leverage technologies to develop growth opportunities and implement lean and agile processes to increase the speed of decisions and efficiencies within multiple organizations. I have strong communication skills, have had success in integrating teams and managed multiple technology projects. I am skilled in the development of business cases, change, project and actionable strategic plans. I can I have in-depth knowledge of the waste industry, construction, mining, oil and gas as well as post-secondary education and have successfully managed multiple projects ranging in size up to 36 months with budgets ranging from $5K to over $1.5 billion. I have an extensive background in using technology and software as have experience in an extensive amount of software including multiple ERP’s, project management, data visualization software and advanced skills in Excel and other programs. I am in the process of finishing an MBA, expanding my knowledge of programming languages and data science to be a leader in data-driven decision making.
