Faisal Al-Qura’n is Senior Management and Development Consultant and Trainer in the fields of Management, Social Development, Human Resources Development, and Training of Trainers. He holds Master's Degree in Management Development from Spain, BA in Public Administration from Jordan, A Post Graduate Course in Government Relations with NGOs from UK, and he has been trained on Human Resources and TOT at Tokyo Japan.
He has been employed at several organizations in the three sectors (public, Civil Society (NGOs), and Private), In addition to the Armed Forces. His experience extend nearly over 20 years.
He participated in organizing several international, regional, and local projects, workshops and seminars in the field of management, development, and capacity building. He was involved in many studies, researches, and consultancy services dealing with management and development. He delivers and led deferent training projects and consultancies, in deferent countries such (Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, UAE, Yemen, Bahrain, Egypt, Sudan …).
In the last 6 years he worked at Dubai as a manager for Training, Development, and Consulting departments, in deferent organizations (Talal Abu Gazaleh Group, RTA, Ensyab Management Consultancy & Training, And Dubai Judicial Institute).
In the past 20 years he perform deferent technical tasks as a trainer and training manager such as establishing HR and Training departments, developing HR and training systems, insure training quality, and develop training policies, procedures, process, and plans. In addition to qualify the training teams and trainers, develop all needed tools for staff development like job descriptions, competencies framework, performance appraisal.
As a consultant he accomplish many projects in deferent areas like organizational restructuring, strategy and policy development, excellence implementation, work procedures and systems development, customer services development, and many other fields. During the last years he did many consulting work for deferent organization
