Faisal has four years of experience in the nonprofit sector in research ,education, poverty alleviation, and youth leadership development, and earned a Bachelor’s of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) from University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Pakistan ,Faisal has worked with Pakistan Red Crescent Society as a certified first aid trainer & youth peer educator and trained young people on first aid skills and facilitated the program “youth as agents of behavioral change” for 2 years. Faisal has also worked as a national branch President of 180 Degrees Consulting in Pakistan for one year. During his leadership, 180 DC provided probono consultancy services to many nonprofits and successfully helped them in achieving a better social impact. Since 2012, he is working with Challenge:future as Leader of global Local Representatives Network & he is the only Asian who is part of C:F Core team. Faisal also participated as youth speaker in C:F Summit 2012 & C:F Summit 2013 in Slovenia, Through these experiences he comes out as successful leader and developed skills like effective online communication , volunteers management , and leadership development. Faisal enjoys focusing on poverty alleviation through social entrepreneurship and leadership development, and has a strong passion for youth empowerment through education and entrepreneurship.
