My Photo journey began 15 years old (1975). In 10th grade A teacher by the name of Bill Couch introduce me to a Yashica 124 Mat G, and Mr. Jordan (Counselor) introduce me to a Nikon 35mm film camera. I was taught Camera and darkroom Techniques. I became yearbook photographer, Newspaper photographer and finally School Photographer . Principal Carl Harris introduced me to School Photographer Robert Spaulding who had contracts with 50 plus schools within Atlanta Public Schools. Spaulding also taught photography at Washington Night School where I gained more knowledge of Event, Sports and Wedding photography. I worked for Spaulding Studios 11th and 12 grade as well as attended his classes two years after Graduating High School. Spaulding later quit teaching and Principal CC Hubbard ask If I would take over teaching the Photography classes. I taught Photography Classes at Booker T. Washington High School Evening School for two years. Still working at Spaulding Studios. (1984) Gave birth to a beautiful baby Girl . (1985) Night shift Colorcraft/Qualex/Kodak wholesale photofinishing lab and Days at Spaulding Studios. I loved my Mom & Dad. Along the way I've worked for PAC labs, PCA /Kmart Traveling Studios, Brent Alan, Prestige/Lifetouch. 1993 Spaulding Studios became Photography By Walter(PBW) where in 2015 i'm still working.

As you can see my whole life has been photography from shooting schools to events and weddings as well as working in photo labs from front to back. Entry level to management.

My work and company name has been Photography by Faith since 1977.

Photography has been my life and is my life . Oh and I'm good too. I got that eye
