I am Faith Mutave Wambua, an ICT Officer at Mwingi Law Court and I am honoured to present my candidacy for the position of Organizing Secretary. As fresh blood, I bring a new perspective, energy, and commitment to driving the change you want to see.

1. Strong staff representation - I will advocate for your interests in the pick committees, where crucial decisions are made.
2. Regular consultations & Feedback- Your views matter. I will consistently engage with you and provide timely updates.
3. Fair and timely promotions- I will push for promotions every three years, just as it happens with Judicial Officers.
4. Transfer preferences - I will advocate for staff to select three preferred transfer stations, ensuring fairness and job satisfaction.
5. Accountability & transparency - I will ensure audited financial records are published yearly, so members know how funds are utilized.
6. Professionalism & Integrity- I am accessible, a strong communicator and committed to serve to serving with integrity
