Faith Bynoe, MDiv, RYT, is the Founder and CEO of Syncretic Wellness, a pioneering practice bridging wellness and social equity. As a TEDx speaker and seasoned leader with over two decades of experience, Faith has significantly shaped the field of holistic well-being and community advocacy, with a particular focus on healing justice. Her work has had a global reach.

Faith's background includes high-impact philanthropic leadership. She served as the sole program officer for the Bush-Clinton Katrina Fund, strategically managing over $80 million in investments. Later, as Vice President of Marga, Inc., she spearheaded the organization's racial equity portfolio, which included the influential Racial Equity in Philanthropy Group (REPG), a network of institutions collectively managing over $2 billion in assets dedicated to racial equity.

At the helm of Syncretic Wellness, Faith seamlessly integrates integrative health principles with a profound spiritual foundation, deeply informed by womanism and a steadfast commitment to racial equity. She empowers leaders to build cultures of wellness, providing them with practical strategies to address burnout, trauma, and emotional fatigue. Through individual spiritual care, retreats, workshops, and healing circles, Faith has impacted thousands of lives. Her emergency response work is extensive, including supporting NY Presbyterian Queens Hospital staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, aiding social justice leaders post-Hurricane Katrina, and providing care to medical providers after the 2012 Haiti earthquake. Faith’s clients include Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation, St Croix Foundation, Tides Advocacy, the Children's Defense Fund, NYC Dept of Health, Faith in Public Life, 1199 SEIU, and CUNY K16.

A sought-after public speaker and educator, Faith has addressed audiences at the A Philip Randolph Institute and Samuel Dewit Proctor, and led seminars at Columbia University and UC Berkeley. She holds degrees from Howard University School of Divinity and Long Island University-Brooklyn Campus, along with a certificate from Georgetown University’s Nonprofit Management Executive Program. Faith is a licensed minister, registered yoga teacher, certified in medical reiki, and trained in Mind-Body Medicine and Integrative Therapy. She is currently pursuing chaplaincy board certification. Proud of her New York roots and Barbadian heritage, Faith can be found at @wellnesspastor.
