Attorney Faith Miller has concentrated her practice on matrimonial and family law since 1985. As a founding partner of the White Plains, New York-based law firm Miller Zeiderman Wiederkehr & Schwarz, LLP, she handles a broad array of matters, including divorce proceedings, equitable distribution, child custody and access issues,domestic violence cases and child abuse and neglect cases. During her extensive career, attorney Faith Miller has appeared before the New York Appellate Division, Second Department, as well as family and supreme courts in Westchester, Putnam, Orange and Dutchess Counties as well as New York, Suffolk and Nassau Counties. She has spent decades serving as Court-appointed Counsel for children involved in cases involving Custody, Divorce, Grandparents rights, assets, abuse and neglect.

Faith Miller serves as a founding member of the Westchester County Law Guardian Association and as treasurer of the Justice Brandeis Law Society. She has lectured on matrimonial and family law. Is a member of the Family Law sections of both the New York State Bar Association and the Westchester County Bar Association, and is certified in collaborative law and matrimonial mediation.

Since 1981, Faith Miller has held admissions to the State Bar of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She began studying for a law degree at Fordham University School of Law and completed her juris doctor at SUNY Buffalo Law School.
