I am currently a senior in high school and I love doing makeup and designing.
I have been fascinated with the art of makeup ever since I was old enough to understand what it was. I did little girl beauty pageants and every time I got my makeup done, I would look in the mirror and instantly feel like a star! I loved it! Once I got into middle school, I started wearing makeup on a daily basis. I even remember my very first foundation. It was Merle Norman LUXIVA Lasting Foundation. It dried my face out though…but thankfully, I became way more experienced in what products to buy. All in all, I have been doing makeup for almost 7 years!
Makeup is my way of expressing who I am. I’m tired of people telling others that they aren’t beautiful just because they wear too much makeup. The art of makeup is not for pleasing others! It’s about what you think is beautiful and using that to be original! If everyone tried pleasing others by being unoriginal, this world would be so boring, I would just go live on another planet. So to sum this up, I DON’T CARE WHAT OTHERS THINK AND NEVER WILL! That is all :)
