Faith Rumfelt
Ms. Rumfelt has been a professional in workforce development for eleven years. She served in multiple workforce regions for the state of Illinois from 2003 - 2009. Here she participated in WIA program redesign, policy and procedure development, provided support to the local WIB, contributed data for sector based initiatives, provided support and training to the Regional Workforce Boards of the Chicago Metro Region and managed service delivery of ARRA funds.
Ms. Rumfelt is currently the Workforce Information Systems Manager and is responsible for facilitating the organization’s efforts to implement innovative solutions around service delivery, process improvement, data collection and reporting. Ms. Rumfelt brings a wide set of technological skills combined with the practical deployment of workforce development services to the organization.
Presently, Ms. Rumfelt is responsible for guiding the organization toward best practices supported by a data-centric culture. A change champion, she embraces new concepts and revels in creating efficient applications within the workforce development realm.
