Faivish Pewzner currently works the regional chief operating officer of The Americare Companies, Brooklyn, NY. This multihospital company has annual revenues of $200 million, and he is directly responsible for the operational management of its 6 member hospitals that are providing services throughout the New York City and surrounding areas - Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Long Island, Staten Island, Westchester, Rockland, & more. All these facilities provide over 500 beds.

Prior to moving to Brooklyn, Mr. Pewzner served as the executive director of one of Americare hospitals in North Brunswick, NJ. As a result of his efforts, the company regained two-year accreditation soon after his arrival. In addition, he developed Americare’s first financial, personnel, and capital equipment budgets, as well as improved the hospital’s financial performance from an operating loss in the mid-1990s to four years of successive improvements.
