I have close to 2 decades of professional experience, working with one of the largest international law firms, a Fortune Global 500 corporation and a top-tier Middle East law firm.

I guide businesses and high net-worth individuals on high value investments, joint-ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, distribution and franchising, compliance and Wills.

I have substantial experience acting as lead counsel on cross-border transactions, which includes several multi-billion dollar transactions across sectors ranging from defence to media and healthcare to hospitality. I have also acted as the Regional Counsel of a Fortune Global 500 corporation, leading its operations in around 35 countries in the Middle East & Africa.

I often write on leading international publications and am invited by various business councils and multi-national corporations to speak on diverse legal topics.
