Maher has over 20 years of extensive experience in the Hospitality, Food and Beverage industries and currently pursuing Master of Business Administration degree in leadership and sustainability (expected in 2015) from the University of Cumbria. He is currently the Food and Beverage Manager associated with Crowne Plaza Hotel part of IHG, ensuring a high guest satisfaction rate through monitoring the heart beat report, overseeing and spearheading the correct action plan. He provides excellent customer focus service to all F&B employees and has a keen interest in travelling, fishing, sports and camping.
