As the CEO and founder of Exceed Corporation, I lead a dynamic organization delivering exceptional services in Information Technology Solutions, Contact Center Management, Information Management, Professional Services, and Education and Training. Prior to founding Exceed, I served as Chief Information Officer at the Air Force Association (AFA), where I drove strategic technology initiatives. Before AFA, I co-founded MyCareText (www.MyCareText.com), a cloud-based messaging platform for hospitals and clinics. After two years of building a thriving business, I exited through a buyout for personal reasons.
Earlier in my career, I was CIO and Vice President of Information Technology at the Corcoran Gallery and College of Arts and Design for three years, guiding its technology strategy until its merger with George Washington University. I also led IT operations at the Score Association, a nonprofit delivering entrepreneurial consulting, training, and technology solutions to small businesses across diverse sectors.
With over 25 plus years of experience, I specialize in technology leadership, revenue generation, customer management, business development, process optimization, fundraising, marketing, and sales. My expertise spans cloud computing, cybersecurity, technology management, and system and program development. I hold two Master’s degrees in Computer Systems and Technology Management from George Mason University.
