The brainchild of Christopher McNally, Falcon Enterprises Associates acts as an owner representative in the design and construction of custom residences for discerning homeowners. After spending many years in the industry, McNally observed that more often than not, homeowners are less than satisfied with the outcome of their projects. The reason for this, McNally concluded, is that the owner is not sufficiently represented in the design and construction process. Owners should be at the helm of their projects but often lack the necessary training or knowledge to know what to look for. In addition, many owners are too busy with their own lives to devote the required time to the task. As a result, McNally founded Falcon Enterprises Associates, Inc., which exists purely to represent the interests of the homeowner.

Christopher McNally began his journey to founding Falcon Enterprises Associates while working as a painter, plasterer, and tile setter. He continued rising through the ranks of construction until by the 1990s he had become a project manager. McNally credits certain individuals with inspiring him to appreciate and analyze the collaborative relationship that exists between owner, architect, and contractor. His credits include a British expert in painting and plasterwork, with whom he formed the company First Impressions Contracting, and a general contractor who hired McNally to be a Senior Supervisor with his firm, On the Level Enterprises. Next, McNally worked at the company Bohn Fiore with, in his words, a "true construction genius" who could visualize the minutest details of a project and troubleshoot problems before even beginning to build. Finally, at the company Taocon, McNally encountered another construction master who could turn the most ambitious and daunting ideas into methodical tasks to be completed on a precise schedule and at predictable costs.
