Falcon International Estates began life as the brainchild of Matthew Baker. Baker held a keen interest in all things fast as a young man, from cars to sports, and transferred this interest to the world of car sales. Working on the floor in a luxury car showroom, Baker’s sales techniques, social skills and commitment to quality soon led to promotion. As General Manager of his own sales unit, Baker was able to turn the team around from a site which struggled to meet targets to one which surpassed all expectations. Once Baker’s team had evolved into the best in the group, the management team recognised Baker’s achievements and set him to work with other under-performing sites. Each site Baker worked with began to exceed targets.

The experience Baker gained in the car sales industry was instrumental in the founding of Falcon International Estates, but alone was not enough. Baker left the car industry and began work as a broker at a successful London firm, gaining the knowledge of the financial sector vital to the formation of Falcon International Estates. After several years within the financial sector Baker felt he had the knowledge and expertise required to set up his own company, Falcon International Estates.

Falcon International Estates has enjoyed several successful years of operation to date and continues to go from strength to strength. After only a few short years Falcon International Estates has gone from a small unit to a large operation with over twenty-five employees. Baker continues to personally train and motivate all the younger brokers who work for him at Falcon International Estates, instilling the core values of excellence, great customer relations and motivation that have led to his own personal success.
