I believe that my students can learn through awareness of themelves, their communities, and the world around them.

I believe that it's my duty to build relationships with my students, their families, and the community in order to create an open and welcoming classroom.

I believe that every student has a story, and that I am fortunate enough to help my students express themselves.

I believe that children's curiosity drives their learning and that I need to provide my students the opportunity to ask questions, and encourage them to find out more!
