fanyi zhao

My name is Fanyi Zhao (赵凡怡). I am a postdoctoral associate at the Center for Theoretical Physics, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, mainly hosted by Iain W. Stewart from 2023.

I received my Ph.D. degree at University of California, Los Angeles in 2023, advised by Zhongbo Kang. Prior to that, I received my B.S. degree in University of Science and Technology of China, majoring in nuclear and particle physics in School of Physical sciences.

My research focuses on Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD)andQuantum Computing (QC) for QCD. I attempt to develop theoretical framework in perturbative QCD within SCET and explore the application of quantum information for solving problems in particle physics.
