I'm an accounting and payroll professional with 15+ years of experience, mainly in the startup space, and have a history of driving impact through developing and managing accounting and payroll processes from the ground up. I have successfully built and managed teams, and brought accounting functions in-house.

I've always found working at startups to be deeply satisfying. Building systems and processes to support a new business venture that I can get excited about is a lot of fun, and I've met some really great people in all different fields throughout my career.

Some of the most personally meaningful work I've accomplished over the past three years has been in the DEIB space, from developing a training program at pocket.watch, to planning and executing the first event in the Courageous Conversations Speaker Series at WSE. I'm constantly looking for ways to educate myself on how to be better, and sharing what I've learned with others.
