Farhan Sadique

Hi, I’m Farhan Sadique, an Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership at Kansas State University, public speaker, and consultant recognized for driving innovation in learning, leadership, and organization development. My work has been featured by institutions such as Pennsylvania State University, Kansas State University, ATD, and the Organization Development Network, where I was named one of the Emerging Practitioners of 2023.

I’ve led and contributed to large-scale projects across higher education and industry, authored books and research on workforce development, and trained hundreds of professionals worldwide. Outside of work, I’m a passionate photographer and technology enthusiast who also enjoys painting and gardening.
