A little bit about me

I'm an operations professional who likes figuring things out.

Over the past 4+ years, I've worked across operations, process improvement, analytics, team leadership, customer experience, and commercial coordination. I've managed day-to-day operations, built processes from scratch, worked with different teams and stakeholders, and stepped in when something wasn't working and needed fixing.

I enjoy the part of operations where you ask, "Why are we doing it this way?" and then actually do something about it.

Whether it's making a process more efficient, improving the way a team works, getting better visibility from data, or coordinating multiple moving parts to get something over the line, I like taking ownership and seeing things through.

My experience has primarily been across healthcare and automotive, and I'm now looking to take what I've learned into a larger, fast-paced environment where I can keep learning, solve bigger problems, and contribute to meaningful growth.
