I’m a technology entrepreneur building at the intersection of AI, workforce innovation, and scalable business systems.
Currently, I’m building VanillaKart — an AI-driven workforce solutions company designed to help startups, MSMEs, and growing businesses scale efficiently using a trained, cost-effective, AI-enabled workforce. We deploy freshly trained university talent equipped with practical skills in AI automation, digital marketing, operations, research, and technology support.
My focus is simple: help businesses execute faster while reducing the traditional overhead of hiring, and at the same time create employment-ready talent prepared for the digital economy.
In 2017, I was honored with a State Award the Chief Minister’s Startup Award by the Government of Goa, presented to me by the late Shri Manohar Parrikar, the then Chief Minister of Goa. This recognition remains one of the most meaningful milestones in my entrepreneurial journey. I was also recognized with several other accolades including the GEMS Entrepreneur of the Year Award (2018), the Norbert’s Innovation Award (2018), and the Startup Innovation of the Year Award by FIIRE (2019) for my contributions toward innovation and entrepreneurship.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of mentoring 100+ startups through various incubators and innovation platforms. I currently mentor startups through institutions such as AIC NITTE, where I guide founders on areas including business strategy, technology adoption, growth, and scaling their ventures. I am also proud to serve on the Mentor Board of the Startup Goa by govt.of Goa where I contribute towards strengthening the startup ecosystem and supporting policy initiatives that encourage entrepreneurship.
Apart from my work with startups, I founded The CXO Times, a global magazine for CXOs and industry leaders. The CXO Times is a passion project through which I highlight insights, leadership perspectives, and innovation stories from business leaders around the world.
I am also the author of the book “Trading with Japanese Candlesticks,” where I share insights into technical analysis and financial market behavior.I’ve spent over four years actively working in blockchain, forex, and cryptocurrency markets, developing structured trading strategies rooted in technical analysis.
My work and insights have been featured in international media as well. I was interviewed by Member of Parliament Keith Vaz in London on Lyca Radio, one of Asia’s largest radio networks, where I spoke about entrepreneurship, global innovation, and the evolving startup landscape.
In addition to mentoring founders, I have also served as a judge for numerous startup competitions and innovation challenges, evaluating early-stage ventures and supporting emerging entrepreneurs
As a TEDx speaker, I delivered a talk titled “The Power of Zero-Cost Marketing,” where I shared practical strategies and unconventional methods that businesses and startups can use to grow without heavy marketing budgets.
Following this, I also participated in an international panel discussion involving the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia, the Honourable Tun Musa Hitam, where we discussed ideas around building employment reform policies for economic development.
I regularly write about entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology as a columnist in Goa’s leading daily newspaper (In-Business section). Over the years, my journey has been featured in 80+ magazines and newspapers. I’ve also had the privilege of serving as a lead speaker for the State Innovation Council .
Academically, I come from a Software Engineering background (Goa University), complemented by a degree in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Healing from the California Hypnotherapy Institute (UNITED STATES OF AMERICA)— a combination that blends analytical thinking with a strong understanding of human behavior and leadership psychology.
I also serve as Brand Ambassador for the Chief Minister’s Rozgar Yojana (CMRY) Govt. Of Goa, contributing to youth empowerment and entrepreneurship initiatives.
In addition to my entrepreneurial work, I also run the Skill Shiksha Foundation, a social initiative dedicated to making skill-based education accessible to students who cannot afford formal training programs. Through this foundation, my mission is to bridge the skill gap by providing free training and upskilling opportunities across emerging and in-demand domains. Over time, the foundation has enabled more than 50,000 students to access practical skill development programs without any financial burden.
At heart, I’m an execution-focused builder — constantly designing systems that create leverage, scale impact, and unlock opportunities for both businesses and emerging talent.
