Her inspiring career and rise to the top has led her to direct the UK's efforts and become one of the fastest growing staffing providers posting sales revenues of $40,000,000 in the UK after 4 years of trading as Gibbs S3 (An incredible 456% growth in 2011), and $235 million globally with her partners in the US.
Learning to balance her duties as CEO, motherhood and role model to the next generation, Farida has been asked to support the Women of the Future Ambassadors Programme to support and mentor the next generation of female talent. Farida sits on the Advisory Board for Mosaic Network founded by HRH Prince of Wales, is an appointed Ambassador of WEConnect International and helped to launch the Mosaic Associates Female Entrepreneurs Network. She’s a columnist for the Asian Wealth Magazine section ‘Wonder Women’ and sits on the Advisory Group for the Centre of Excellence for Women’s Entrepreneurship.
