Farida Tir Teerlinck is a global brand developer for selective brands.

International innovator for selective brands from NPD to the retail, she has been driving cutting edge marketing campaigns via digital media and commercial development of new brands from scratch in high potential markets including India and South America.

She joined Orlane in 2015 and is developing the brand in the Latin America region by focusing on the Retail Experience and raising the brand notoriety via Partnerships (fashion/luxury) and Social Media.

Formerly Farida has been at Arjowiggins for 8 years. She joined as International Product Manager, promoted to International Category Manager to lead the flagship brand Conqueror, then Marketing Manager for Central & South America. Her signature is her distinguished record of developing brands through global and regional marketing strategy based on breakthrough campaigns and products. Farida founded Bureau Estrée, a Parisian Brand Lab, and Latin Connection, a Think Tank for professionals connected to Latin America. In a year, Latin Connection has reached over 500 influencers including luxury brands, fashion journalists, diplomates, lawyers.

Farida holds an MBA from ESCP Europe and speaks 5 languages (English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and German). Farida has lived on three continents and currently resides in Paris.
