I helped co-found a local marketing agency start-up in Portland, OR. I noticed that a lot small/medium businesses & other start ups that are growing rapidly lack a comprehensive marketing strategy that is tailored around their business and its audience. Most of them also don't have a unified Brand and Web presence.

Businesses usually create "starter" marketing materials (print/digital) + website when they first opened shop, but as their company grows these pieces never get updated!
