M Faris Syahmi

I am a final year undergraduate psychology student of International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Prior to my undergraduate studies, I was a student of MARA Junior Science College, Kuantan which is located at the east coast of Malaysia.

I am a knowledge seeker and someone who opens to experience. I have worked as a research assistant in various research and had presented a research paper. My research interests are well-being, resilient, restorative effects to human well-being, happiness, counselling approaches and positive psychology.

People described me as someone who is exuberant, flexible, critical and meticulous. Among my interests are arts, architecture, travelling, food and nature.
