Hello! My name is Fatima, I am an undergraduate student at SOAS.
Over the last few years, I have found myself heavily involved in retail work. I started off at Holister, but am now currently working at the Flagship Store, on the busiest street of the UK , called Abercombie and Fitch.
The skills I have developed are communicating with different age groups and being good with time managment. I aim to improve my skills behind the tills, for example being more efficient when interacting with customers who are buying.
Besides work, I enjoy reading in my spare time, specifically historical fictions and gothic literature, such as Angela Carter where she allows females to have agency in subverted fairytales.
