I am an Enterprise Transformation and Strategic Governance Executive with cross-sector leadership experience spanning power systems engineering, utility operations, business intelligence, corporate communications, and organizational performance management. My professional background combines technical expertise with strategic leadership, enabling me to deliver measurable operational improvements in complex and regulated environments. Prior to relocating to the United States, I served as Group Head, Business Intelligence and Process Improvement at the #EEDC, one of Nigeria’s largest electricity distribution companies. In this role, I led enterprise-wide analytics and operational performance initiatives that increased average monthly revenue by 56% within 17 months. I also led electricity tariff modeling, scenario planning, waterfall analysis, and performance accountability systems that supported executive and board-level decision-making.

My strategy integrates systems thinking, regulatory economics, stakeholder theory, performance management, and data-driven models to solve operational, commercial, and policy challenges. Across various leadership roles, I supervised cross-functional teams, strengthened operational accountability systems, improved stakeholder engagement, and implemented structured performance management initiatives aligned with organizational growth objectives. I won multiple Awards of Excellence for leadership, operational improvement, and stakeholder value creation.

I hold a PhD in Power System Engineering, an MSc in Public Relations, and specializations in Strategic Management (CBS), Project Management (UC Irvine), and Executive Data Science (Johns Hopkins). My research interests include power system optimization, utility performance, regulatory frameworks, organizational leadership, and analytics-driven decision support. I have published research in engineering journals (US & UK) and delivered technical presentations at professional and industry forums, including the IEEE Technical Session on “Data Science and Power Systems Engineering: Insights for a Developing Economy.”

Presently, I'm focused on research and analytical studies on municipal utility operations, infrastructure modernization, and performance optimization strategies. My work includes analytical evaluation assignments involving prompt engineering, reasoning assessment, and technical logic validation across STEM and software engineering domains, strengthening my advisory capabilities in infrastructure governance, operational intelligence, and strategic planning.
